Participant in focus group meeting in March 2006 as part of the so-called WODC study (Scientific Research and Documentation Centre of the Ministry of Safety and Justice) led by Prof A.J. Akkermans of VU University. The group had to provide an overview of the expectations of victims and their families of liability law and the basis for those expectations. The objective of participation was to gather input from the practice as part of the legislative proposal on Hedonic Damages.
